Payment will be debited from your account when the goods are dispatched.

Delivery depends on availability and where you are located. Hand knitted items can take up to 3 weeks to produce and are made by order.

We ship worldwide.

All packages are sent A-priority, delivery estimate in Europe 2-5 days and rest of the world 3-10 days. All packages are traceable and insured when in transit. Should there be any damage to the goods, notify us by mail contact@reka-studio.com within 2 days of receipt and return the item to us.

Please note VAT, local taxes and custom duties in your own country.

You can cancel your order by submitting an email to: contact@reka-studio.com

We provide 2 weeks full return from the day you receive the goods. Items must be unused and in their original condition with tags. The cost and the responsibility of returning the item, is yours. We recommend you insure the package and send us the tracking number.

Once we received the goods we will transfer the amount to the credit card that the goods were purchased with.

The right to file a complaint is valid for 2 years. Any complaints can be sent to contact@reka-studio.com and will be processed within 14 days.
